I ain't started dieting... well I shouldn't use that word and that phrase ain't totally correct..
I have been watching what I eat but not as good as I should be...
Slurpees... I am craving them sooooo bad!!
That is not a good thing for a few reasons...
1 ~ loaded with sugar
2 ~ the sugar reeks havoc with my stomach.. I am not used to having that much at all!!
Ugh....
But I guess that is what I get at this moment for quitting smoking!
Today is day # 10 I think... it could be 14 for all I remember
LOL
But I know 10 for sure...
Anyway...
As I was saying...
I suck!
I gotta get over the cravings and then I should be all good!
I do eat my fruits and veggies everyday....
Switched the bread to Flax and wholegrain even switched the pasta to that (some with omega-3)
I don't eat hamburgers/cheeseburgers or anything greasy like that (although I think I will be enjoying a chicken ceaser pita for lunch today)
I don't drink soda but the slurpees make up for that
I am drinking my 8 glasses of water a day again
Umm what else??
I think I just gotta get back to a regular eating habit and
Safeway is
outta 33% less sugar oatmeal that I like...
Arghhhh!!!
